Summer is almost over & it’s time to get ready for the new school year at University of Cleveland Preparatory School’s Back to School BBQ! Join us for a FREE hotdog or hamburger in partnership with Community Reformation who will bring donations of school supplies such as book bags, pencils, folders & uniforms.
At this event families will also have the opportunity to meet our staff, tour our school, and receive on the spot help with enrollment for the 2021-22 school year.
Current families, if you haven’t yet completed the process, please bring your Proof of Residency document to complete your re-enrollment and transportation request.
Prospective families who are interested in enrollment may expedite the registration process by coming prepared with the following:
Child’s Birth Certificate
Proof of Residence
Parent ID (for primary, custodial parent)
Immunization Records
